Returns Policy

When you shop with us, you can shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are backed by our 30 days, money back, return policy. If you meet the requirements of this policy then there will be no problems with returning your purchases to us. 


To be eligible for an Exchange or Return:

  1. Your purchase must have at least 60% contents remaining in product.
  2. Product needs to be in its original packaging and returned to us (see address below).
  3. You must provide us with proof of purchase from this website (Kelapa Order Number)
  4. Must be within 30 days of receiving product.

Step 1: Please contact us using the contact us page and inform us the Order Number. We can then discuss the issue and make a decision if you would like an exchange or proceed with a return.

Step 2: Please return the product to Kelapa Organics, PO BOX 5086, Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia, 3195

Step 3: Once your product for exchange/return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned purchase. If your returned purchase has met all the requirements of our return policy, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to exchange or return your purchase. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, only the cost of the goods will be refunded and not the shipping charges.

You should also consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your purchase to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned purchase. Using these services will provide proof that your goods were sent and cover you if the shipping company lose your goods.

Incorrectly Sent or Damaged Items:
We take the utmost care when picking and packaging your order so that you receive exactly what you ordered and in the same condition that it left our business. If you do happen to receive an incorrect item or your item arrives damaged, the return postage and replacement costs will be absorbed by us.
